Veterans Memorial
Spring 2016

Several community members proposed building a Veterans Memorial in Hoyleton Park to honor local veterans and asked if I would volunteer to create a design for presentation to the community club for funding. To support their efforts, I developed a 360 VR video and a rendering for the proposal. The community club approved the project, and the Veterans Memorial was constructed in April 2016. After further discussions, however, they decided to modify the design and relocate the memorial to a different site.

Church Ramp & Stairs
Summer 2017

The trustees of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton requested my assistance in designing a new ramp and stairs for the church’s front entrance. The presentation board below was shared with the congregation to seek approval for the project. The accompanying video is a 360-degree Virtual Reality rendering of the initial design, which proposed extending the sidewalk into the street. After several meetings and refinements to the design, the project was approved and successfully completed in the summer of 2018.

Community Club Kitchen
Summer 2019

The Hoyleton Community Club board members requested my assistance in creating renderings for a proposed kitchen renovation in the town’s community building. I developed a model of the existing kitchen, incorporating adjustments to the interior walls. The renovation plans included new cabinets, countertops, flooring, ceiling, and plumbing fixtures. After providing the renderings to the contractor, minor modifications were made to the layout, but the finished kitchen largely reflected the original design.
