This is a 360-degree video I developed for a married couple planning to move to Wyoming. They provided sketches and photos as a reference for their envisioned home. Once the construction documents were finalized, I shared this video to help them visualize every space within the house. Using 360 renderings enables viewers to look around or pan within the video, allowing a full view of each room. The 360 renderings were created in Lumion, then compiled in After Effects with audio and text, and enhanced with metadata for seamless uploading to YouTube as a 360 video.

TwinMotion
The 360-degree video on the left (above on mobile) was created with TwinMotion, with the model initially designed in SketchUp and then imported into TwinMotion. Though I've only worked with this program a few times, I already find it preferable to Lumion. Based on my experience so far, TwinMotion offers the same functionality as Lumion, along with a larger library of materials and objects. Its renderings also appear more realistic, and it is available at a fraction of Lumion's cost. While TwinMotion does require a high-performance computer, the savings can be directed towards this need. The most challenging aspect is adjusting the lighting, as with many programs, but I expect to improve with further experience.
Lumion
The 360-degree video on the left (above on mobile) was produced using Lumion. The initial model was designed in SketchUp and subsequently imported into Lumion. The site was generated with Drone Deploy, refined in 3ds Max, and then brought into Lumion as well. A section cut through the house reveals the first-floor plan, effectively showcasing the layout while providing a comprehensive view of the surrounding site. One limitation of creating 360-degree images in Lumion is the distortion at the very top and bottom of the image. While this effect is often negligible for interior renderings, where it mainly affects the floor or ceiling, it becomes more noticeable here due to an exterior wall directly below.
