New School

This school was designed through the firm where I am currently employed. While I contributed to the project drawings at work, the school commissioned me independently to create a 3D model and video for marketing purposes to attract donors. The model was developed in SketchUp, and the video was produced in Lumion, with text and audio enhancements added via After Effects. The logo animation at the beginning of the video was also created specifically for this video using After Effects.  Once completed, the school featured the video on the donor page of their website.

This video demonstrates the capabilities of integrating various software tools. It was created using drone footage, modeling programs, and video editing software. The software enables a 3D model to be imported over the drone footage, oriented, and locked to the ground plane with camera tracking. This approach also applies to the text and property lines. Additionally, masking was used to conceal the property line behind the building and to apply grayscale outside the property boundaries. This video style is suitable for marketing purposes or during the schematic design phase of a project.
